When the learned Government Advocate made a submission that the writ petitioner made similar request for about nine times during earlier occasions in the years 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2018, permission was granted by the respondents.

2.As far as the present request is concerned, the same was rejected by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in order dated 09.04.2019. However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and accordingly, permission is granted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
