RESPONDENTS Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondents to sanction two incentive increments to the petitioner within a time frame fro acquiring M.A. (Sociology) Degree in the month of January 2009 and disburse the arrears thereof besides revising her pensionary benefits on that basis. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner worked in the fourth respondent School and retired from service on 31.07.2013. The petitioner claims incentive increment for obtaining M.A.(Sociology) Degree in 2009. In this regard, she submitted a representation dated 10.02.2015, to the fourth respondent. Since no order has been passed so far, she has come forward with the present writ petition.

3.In these circumstances, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to forward the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.02.2015, with necessary proposal relating to the claim of the petitioner for incentive increments to the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and second respondent in turn shall forward the same to the first respondent, within a period of four weeks thereafter and the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the papers from the second respondent.
