(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.,) The Writ on hand has been instituted challenging the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India dated 18th February 2025, suspending the license of the petitioner for a period of one year to act as Resolution Professional.
2. The period of one year is going to expire from the date of passing of order i.e.,18.02.2025. Under these circumstances, Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India by way of representation and pleaded that no further adjudication on merits need to be undertaken. It is further contended that before initiation of disciplinary proceedings, two applications were submitted. If so, it is for the petitioner to pursue the same in the manner known to law.
