Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the prayer made in this Writ Petition is only to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, no prejudice would be caused if no notice is issued to the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner is a physically challenged person working at Odisha State for the past five years. He made a representation to the respondents to transfer him to Bangalore which is nearer to Chennai. His request for transfer was also recommended by the Chief Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, New Delhi, in Case No.2071/1022/2014 dated 17.6.2014. Whileso, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for direction to the first respondent to consider his claim for transfer, in the light of the recommendation of the Chief Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, New Delhi. 3.In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.01.

2014, based on the recommendation of the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
