This petition has been filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court, Trichy and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that H.M.O.P. filed by the respondent is not yet numbered and the same is only in the SR stage. The petitioner has wrongly stated that H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2017 is pending before the Family Court, Trichy and hence prayed for dismissal of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3.In view of the above facts, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after the H.M.O.P is numbered and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Transfer Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
