This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 04.07.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Prabagaran, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.487 of 2016 for the offences u/s 294 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(b), 353 and 506(i) IPC and as a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR.
