He would further submit that the petitioner has already given a letter to the Respondent Police informing the return of her son. The said copy of the letter is also produced before this Court. Hence, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
