This petition has been filed to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 11.01.2021 made in A.S.No.82 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai reversing the judgment and decree dated 20.12.2016 made in O.S.No.2964 of 2012 on the file of the IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
