ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the employee of the respondents 2 and 3, have come forward to file this writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 03.07.2020, by which, a communication has been sent to the effect that if the petitioner fails to verify the community certificate by the appropriate authority within a period of 30 days, action would be initiated.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 2 and 3, the following statement has been made.

"4. It is respectfully submitted that without going into such and other contentious issues, the 1st respondent herein shall be directed to complete enquiry/investigation into the status of the community certificate of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and share such copy of the final proceedings with these respondents State Bank of India and thereafter State Bank of India shall be entitled to take further action as it deems fit and necessary. No other contention of the writ petitioner has been gone into and these respondents do not accept or admit to any of the contentions raised by the petitioner except what is stated herein on record."

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. All the contentious issues are left open. The first respondent is hereby directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the decision is made, the 1st respondent shall communicate the same to the respondents 2 and 3. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
