ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to quash the Notice No.04/2019, on the file of N-2 Kasimedu Police Station, Chennai .

2. This Court passed the following Order on 03.06.2019 : " The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on 06.06.2019 and give his statement along with all the materials, pursuant to the notice issued by the respondent Police under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C".

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner attended the enquiry before the respondent Police on 07.06.2019 and has given a statement. Further, the petitioner was arrested and released on Station Bail on the same day.

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
