ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 406, 323, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.05 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, already this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25120 of 2018. However, the petitioner not complied the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.NO.25120 of 2018 dated 01.11.2018.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that after the grant of second anticipatory bail, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
