ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order in unnumbered IA.SR.No.234 of 2018 in OS.No.80 of 2009 dated 16.07.2018 on the file of the Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court), Villupuram, 1/4

thereby returned the application as how the petition is maintainable.

2. The respondents 2 and 3 are the plaintiffs, who filed suit for partition as against the petitioner and the first respondent herein. While pending the suit, the petitioner filed petition to permit him to transpose as plaintiff. The same was allowed by order dated 27.06.2018. Thereafter, the petitioner filed petition seeking amendment of the plaint. The said application was returned as not maintainable without any reasons.

3. Considering the above, the Registry is directed to return the original application to the petitioner, and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is directed to re-present the application seeking amendment before the court below within a period of two weeks thereafter. On receipt of the same, the court below is directed to number the application, if it is otherwise in order, and proceed further.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed 2/4
