This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to amend the prayer in the writ petition as Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to impugned order in Na.Ka. No. 437/2021/VI dated 31.05.2021 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same with consequential direction the 2nd respondent to increase the retirement age from 58 years to 60 years to my service on the basis of the Government Orders in G.O.(Ms).No.51 Personnel and Administrative Reforms(s) Department dated 07.05.2020 and G.O.(Ms) No.29 Personnel and Administrative Reforms(s) Department dated 25.02.2021 by considering his representation dated 03.03.2021 within time frame instead of the earlier prayer mentioned in the Writ Petition.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the WP.No.11739 of 2021 on 24.11.2023.
