This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, weekly once apart from Court hearing dates in Crl.M.P.No.649 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26655 of 2023 dated 23.01.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
