O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR, investigate the matter and file a final report on the basis of the Complaint/statement dated 06th August, 2015 acknowledged by CSR No.178 of 2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.178 of 2015 before the respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
