Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.02.2016 to the respondents and consequently take immediate steps to remove or shift the TASMAC Shop No.959 from the premises bearing Door No.77-A/New 183, L.B.Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-41. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that location of the TASMAC shop opposite to BSNL Telephone Exchange, L.B.Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai-41 is objectionable and it is not in conformity with the relevant norms and regulations and in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regard, he has submitted a representation dated 23.02.2016 to the respondents and since no orders has been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kasirajan, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the fourth respondent.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for larger relief, this Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2016 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
