This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3927 of 2024 dated 21.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30. a.m for a period of six (6) months.
