(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed other writ petition being W.P.No.16750 of 2015, alleging that Chennai Metro Rail Limited was obstructing the petitioner, while in the present writ petition, the grievance made is that it is the Cantonment Board, which is obstructing the petitioner. 2. We, thus, dismiss the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
