This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint against the proposed named persons on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent in CSR No.197/2016 dated 11.07.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.197 of 2016 and on the complaint given by one Jayamani against this petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.198 of 2016.
4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the cases and take action in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry.
