C.M.P.No.9487 of 2023 in CRP No.390 of 2020 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP .J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 257 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused in the above CRP on 14.10.2020 due to the non filing of the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent as parties to the above CRP.

Mr.K.Venkatesan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent has no objection to condone the delay in 257 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is allowed.

4. A copy of the CRP has been furnished to the Learned Counsel for the Respondent for further steps to bring on records the LRs of the deceased 2nd Respondent.

5. The Learned Counsel for the Revision Petition is directed to bring on records the LRs of the deceased 2nd Respondent.

6. Call after two weeks.
