O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur to expedite the trial in S.C.No.233 of 2012.

2. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the matter is now listed for cross-examination of the witnesses, and also taking into account the fact that the case has been taken on file in the year 2012, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur to expedite the trial in S.C.No.233 of 2012 and complete the same and disposed of the said case within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations and directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
