This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent on 01.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Latha against this petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.160 of 2015 is pending.

4. It is seen from the copy of the Accident Register that the said Latha has suffered serious injuries. While so, the petitioner obtained Anticipatory Bail on 02.06.2015 in connection with the complaint given by Latha in CSR No.160 of 2015. Now, the petitioner has lodged the present complaint dated 01.07.2015 alleging that the said Latha had assaulted the petitioner and has called him by caste. It is clear that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.07.2015 is counter blast to the complaint given by the said Latha. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 01.07.2015 given by the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
