Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6 Clause (b) of the order dated 15.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Bungalow Puthur Police Station, Bungalow Puthur, Erode District daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, appear before the Inspector of Police, Srirangam Town Police Station, Srirangam, daily at 10.3. a.m., until further orders. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 15.04.2021 stand unaltered.
