This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.94 of 2024 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 406, 420, 463, 468, 471 of IPC.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first

respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.94 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 25.05.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
