Heard Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Though the respondent entered appearance through counsel, none appeared for the respondent.

2.This Court, after considering the case made out by the applicant, had granted an order of interim injunction on 18.06.2015, which was extended periodically and on 26.02.2016, the interim order was extended until further orders.

3.The applicant stated that inspite of the order of interim injunction, the respondent violated the same and hence, they have filed a Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.2167 of 2015 for violation of the order dated 18.06.2015 and the said Contempt Petition is pending. In the meantime, the respondent filed a petition in A.No.4464 of 2015 to vacate the order of interim injunction, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.12.2016.

4.Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent. Accordingly, the order of interim injunction initially granted on 18.06.2015, which was extended periodically, is made absolute.

5.The application in O.A.No.608 of 2015 stands disposed of.
