This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Principal Special Judge (NDPS & EC), Chennai on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing dates, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16922 of in Crl.O.P.No.7046 of 2023 dated 09.11.2023.

2.Mr.N.P.Kumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed and the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
