R. Maniyarasu v. R. Matheshwaran

C.R.P.No.2835 of 2018 C.R.P.No.2835 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 19.03.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2010 on or before 30.06.2019.

2. At the request of the learned District Munsif, Rasipuram, by way of letter dated 26.09.2019 seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further two months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
