(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct the respondent No.3, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2014, within one month of the receipt of the order, as it is alleged by the petitioner that the requisite norms have not been followed in installing the tower of the sixth respondent in the premise of the fifth respondent.

2. The writ petition stands accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently M.P.No.1 of 2015 are closed.
