ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition (d) imposed by this Court on the petitoner vide order dated 13.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7476 of 2020 in Crime No. 21 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7476 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7476 of 2020 dated 13.05.2020 is modified to appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
