(CR.NO. 03 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m until further orders made in Crl.O.P No.3921/2022 dated on 24.02.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.DAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.J.SUBBIAH,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.3921 of 2022, dated 24.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.
