[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that her husband viz., Abdhul Razaak is a convict prisoner (CT No.10710) and is undergoing sentence in Central Prison, Coimbatore. It is her grievance that her leave application dated 01.05.2021 that was submitted for leave under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rules, 1982, has not been considered so far and hence, the petition.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the said leave application dated 01.05.2021 is under process.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's leave application dated 01.05.2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and intimate the same to the petitioner as well to the convict prisoner. No costs.
