respondent in the absence of their name in FIR, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to raise all the points after the filing of charge sheet.
