With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to pay the balance demand of Rs.1,19,623/- as per demand notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 08.11.2016 by way of equated monthly instalments.

3.Heard Mr.A.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Jothi Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the records. 4.It seems that the first respondent has issued a demand notice dated 08.11.2016 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.1,69,623/- and after the notice, the petitioner has paid Rs.50,000/- by way of a cheque.
5.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a tenant and due to financial crunch, she is not able to pay the amount in lump sum and she is ready to pay the balance amount in six monthly instalments. 6.Considering the submissions made by both sides, this petition is allowed permitting the petitioner to pay the said amount in six instalments and she is directed to pay future tax regularly without fail. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. No costs.
