Earlier, on 05.06.2024, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- [Rupees Five Lakhs only] to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2022 and directed the matter to be listed today i.e.,27.06.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has duly complied the conditions, as per the order of this Court vide order dated 05.06.2024 and filed memo to that effect.
