Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2022 to convey the extent of 261 sq.ft out of 1812 sq.ft, comprising survey no.1797, GLR No.256/128, situated at Parangimalai Cantonment Village, Alandur Taluk, St.Thomas Mount, Chennai-600 016 in accordance with law to and in favour of the petitioner and accordingly grant plan to the entire extent of 1812 sq.ft.

2. In view of the above, this Court does not find any merits in this writ petition and accordingly it is dismissed. No costs.
