Counsels for the parties would submit that there is a likelihood of settlement, if the matter is referred to mediation. 2.Taking into account the said submission, the matter is referred for mediation on 15.07.2019 to the Mediation Centre attached by this Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 15.07.2019 at 3 pm. It is made clear that the parties are not entitled to any notice for the first hearing before the Mediation Centre.
