This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the criminal revision case.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in the event of this Court imposing some cost on the petitioner, she has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this petition is ordered and the delay of 76 days in filing the criminal revision is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) as costs to the first respondent/ wife and shall produce proof for such payment to the Registry.
