The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prosecute the above criminal appeal before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 23.06.2022 made in Special Sessions Case No.13 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
