A. No. 6134 of 2014 in O.P. No. 595 of 2014 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to grant interim custody of the applicant's minor son Ayman Patta, aged about 11 years, residing in the custody of the respondent, at No.5/1 Thillainayagam 3rd Street, Perambur, Chennai - 600 011.

2. In this application, interim application has been served, however, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent/mother. Instead of determining the said interim application it would be in the interests of both the parties and particularly the child that the main original petition is proceeded with.

3. Consequently, application No.6134 of 2014 is closed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to move necessary application, if necessity arises.

4. The custody of the child Ayman Patta, who was aged about 11 years at the time of filing the original petition is to be continue to be with the respondent/mother.

5. Therefore this application is closed.

6. Office is directed to put up the note, with respect to the service of notice in O.P. No.595 of 2014 on the respondent. http://www.judis.nic.in
