2.Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.On a perusal of the records, it could be seen that the claim of the petitioner seeking approval was not considered due to non-compliance of certain discrepancies/deficiencies pointed out by the respondents. Pending compliance report, this Court, by order dated 27.06.2017, permitted the students of the petitioner school to sit for the examinations scheduled to be held on 29.06.2017 and 30.06.2017, however, directed the petitioner to withheld the results of the same. In the mean while, the petitioner rectified the discrepancies/deficiencies and filed an affidavit dated 23.10.2017 to that effect. 4.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that if the defects are rectified by the petitioner, then there is no impediment for the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner seeking approval and consequently, declare the results of the students for the year 2016-17. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the respondents would consider the affidavit now filed by the petitioner to meet out the discrepancies/deficiencies pointed out by them and pass appropriate orders.
5.In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed by the petitioner and the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is necessary in this writ petition.
