ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in E.P.No.135 of 2022 in R.L.T.O.P.No.474 of 2020 dated 29th March 2022 by the learned XIII Small Causes Judge, Chennai.

2. The matter was settled at Lok adalat and the Revision Petitioner also agreed to hand over the possession on 31.01.2022. But, as agreed by the revision petitioner, 50% of the amount was also not paid and subsequent payment also not made. Therefore, the Revision Petitioner has to handover the possession. He cannot file a Revision to set aside the order in passed in E.P.No.135 of 2022.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.05.2022 Index : Yes/No kmm/mrn
