This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 11 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.11 of 2022, Referred Charge Sheet vide R.C.S.No.39 of 2024 was filed before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai on 08.05.2024.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
