Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the Records from the 3rd respondent pertaining to the impugned Adv.No.5 / 10, dated 30.03.2010 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide proper and adequate representation to Physically challenged persons contemplated in the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and to give appointment to the petitioner.
