Crl.O.P.No.10498 of 2022 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN,J.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) submitted that petitioner and defacto complainant had illicit affair and in connection with, complaint was given by defacto complainant. Only petitioner enquiry is pending.

2.It is seen from the receipt issued that, prayer in the complaint is that to unite the petitioner with the defacto complainant. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry pending in C.S.R.No.189 of 2022, before the respondent police.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
