Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the

1st Petitioner with a power to collect the debts with interest if any Schedule.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate for the securities left behind by the deceased Mrs.R.Pankajam, wife of B.Raman, who died on 23.08.2016.

2. The petitioners are the sons of the deceased R.Pankajam, the respondents 1 and 2 are the husband and son of the daughter of the deceased, who is also dead. The respondents have also filed the affidavits expressing their consent for grant of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1 and he has produced the copy of the death certificate of the deceased Pankajam, death certificate of the daughter has also been produced, and the same have been marked as Ex.P1 and P2 respectively. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased Pankajam has been marked as P3.

3. From the above documents, it is seen that the petitioners and the respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased Pankajam. The second petitioner has also filed a consent affidavit for issuance of succession certificate in the name of the first petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this original petition is allowed directing issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the first petitioner, R.Narendran. Sd/.R.S.M.J.
