This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the Revision against the order dated 21.01.2021 passed in M.C.No.13 of 2015 on the file of Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate at Ambur.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 90 days is condoned.

3. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.6269 of 2023 is ordered.
