This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct therespondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.335 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.335 of 2018 on 19.04.2018 for offences under Section 147, 447, 294[b], 332, 355 and 506[1] IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the investigation in Crime No.335 of 20187, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment.
