C.M.P.No.30718 of 2025 C.M.P.No.30718 of 2025 in W.A.Sr.No.43902 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH. J, AND R.SAKTHIVEL. J, This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 362 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs.1500/- in the above W.A.Sr.No.43902 of 2024.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 362 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
