ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 384 of IPC in Cr.No.745 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have waylaid the defacto-complainant and robbed Rs.2,150/-, cell phone and two wheeler.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that only the two wheeler was recovered and amount of Rs.2,150/- and cell phone were not recovered. He further submits that six cases of similar in nature are pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner has six cases of similar in nature and also the fact that cash and cell phone are not recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the petition is dismissed.
