Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025 and thereby direct the first respondent to return the original title documents for property comprised in Survey Nos.68/2A, 68/5 and 69/2 situated at Pagasalai Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Tiruvallur District. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner availed small scale industry loan of Rs.3 Lakhs from the first respondent Bank on 10.07.1990 and made a one time settlement payment of Rs.5 Lakhs on 10.07.2012 and discharged the loan liability, however, the original title deeds including the sale deed 2/4

dated 06.07.1990 were not returned to the petitioner and hence the petitioner made representation dated 04.06.2025 to the respondents seeking to return the original title documents for property comprised in Survey Nos.68/2A, 68/5 and 69/2 situated at Pagasalai Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Tiruvallur District, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
